Outright Property Services (OPS) has built a strong working relationship with Yoursection over the last 4 years, providing ongoing maintenance and property care across their residential subdivisions throughout Christchurch and Selwyn. Owner Sam has worked with Yoursection for around 7 years having previously maintained their developments when working for their previous contractor. When that business closed its Christchurch branch and Sam established Outright Property Services, the relationship continued, with OPS becoming Yoursection’s contractor of choice for their Canterbury subdivision maintenance.
From rubbish collection, mowing, weed trimming and spraying through to turf care for reserves, signage maintenance and general property upkeep, OPS helps keep Yoursection’s developments looking their best. We pride ourselves on being reactive to the clients requests, ready to respond when and as needed, whether it’s addressing an unexpected issue on site, tackling a smaller maintenance job or increasing the pace to hit handover deadlines. We work closely with the Yoursection team to make sure jobs are taken care of promptly and efficiently, with no task being “too hard basket”.
The partnership has spanned several developments, including Falcon’s View and Falcon’s Landing in Rolleston, Riverstone, Quarry Gate and Quarry View in Halswell, and all stages of Wilfield in West Melton. Most recently, OPS has been involved in the ongoing care of Wilfield Rise, helping maintain the development right through to completion, with the subdivision now completely SOLD OUT. The team is stoked to now be taking on Falcon’s Run in Rolleston, with section and site mowing well underway.
